Greetings

I am a Audiologist and will like to bring up sincerely some concerns regarding your claims department.

We require to send quotation and motivations to GEMS for preauthorization of hearing aids. I have three patients who are desperate to receive hearing aids. I send all relevant QMA to Gems claims department. We faxed and emailed the QMA. When following up the authorization they stated they had not received our forms. We have sent those forms on the 07/01/2014, it has now been more than a month and still no auth. This seems to be a trend with Gems? The forms never are received first time round.

I am in this moment waiting for GEMS claims department to answer, I have been waiting for 25 minutes for them to answer the phone.

Please can you look into this matter with upmost urgency. I await your feedback asap.
