INCORRECT STATEMENT PROVIDED

I have a problem with the statement that i received from GEMS Medical Aid and phoned call center but they couldnt explain the statement to me and they transfer me to the claims department and I was holding there forever they dont answer they calls and its not for the first time they do this. Im requesting them to call me, because when I call them I cant get hold of them.
