# handing over without a sms/phonecall/email

We have been with a new medical aid for 5 months. I got a confirmation from Specmed that we can go to new med aid. They didnt say anything about money that I owe them. I have not heard from them for 5 months. A week ago I got an sms saying I am handed over due to money I owe them. My husband phoned Egometric who is dealing with it and spoke to Jolene. They said they don't have all the information we must speak to Spectramed but they will email him what they have-we are still waiting. He phoned Spectramed and spoke to Adolene but she said they can't help him since his not the main member but a supervisor will phone me-no did. I phoned Spectramed and spoke to a very nice lady Mishka who said she will send me an email of exactly what I owe and what doctor's it apparently is-still waiting for that email. A few days later I have been handed over for blacklisting. I don't have an official statement saying what I owe. I don't have bank details to pay in the money. I can't just pay money because Spectramed says I owe them. I need proof. If it's a doctors statement that was maybe entered late from the doctor's side I will gladly pay it if I knew about it! this is unacceptable and provesmy point why I left
