Cant get through and no email reply!!!

I joined on the 29/01 and was told that because I joined so late they will not be able to debit me and I can either do an eft or they will double debit me the next month. I chose to do an eft and did so on the 03/02. I got an sms the same day to say they will debit me on the 06/02. I have been trying since yesterday to call them but noone answers the fones. I send emails and noone replies either... first email sent 29/01 and still no reply. Their service stinks!!!
