Taking more money by Debit Orde

I have joined Medihelp beginning of Aug 2013 - They said that my first payment will go of in Sept 2013 - Today when i had a look - my debit order went off - but not at the amount that i agreed upon in my contract - The agreed amount was R1851 and the amount they took was R2430. This is totally unacceptable

Also - When I applied with them I had an inquiry about chronic medication and they said that Medihelp will cover it - so after I have signed they come back with a waiting period of a year - At this stage i am really unhappy and I am very close of cancelling my contract as the service from the beginning was bad and very unhelpful

I need urgent response from Medihelp regarding the money they took more that what they were suppose to.
