URGENT ASSISTANCE

I was sold a voucher by someone from conybex, I received an astral voucher, I paid R 250 for this voucher. this past Tuesday I called the number on the voucher to attempt to make a booking, I spoke to Sebo from SA Getaways whom was of no help, on the voucher one of the listed hotels that are discounted is the Beverley Hills Hotel in Umhlunga, I let her know I wanted to book this, she said I must fill in that form which I did, now today when I follow up 4 days later nothing has been done about my request, now all of sudden she cannot understand why the Beverley hills is listed on there, she says I have to give an area name not a hotel, but on the voucher it says state the hotel or place you want to go to, if you are not sure then state the area, I have been trying to call her the entire morning, she is always on the phone, eventually I spoke to her she confirmed nothing has been done on my request, I asked to speak to the manager who was also surprise surprise also on the phone, this was hours ago manager has still not called me back, I am now very nervous about this voucher that was sold to us, can someone from your senior management please assist!!
