Good Day

This is now my second compliant within regards to Medihelp. i have cancelled my medical aid at the end of may due financial difficultly and medihelps poor service and benfits. because my membership has cancelled at the end of May the instalment is still due of an amount of R 1 182.00. as i am not in a financial
position to pay that amount i contacted Jana London at medihelps debtors department to make arrangements for payments. I sent her an email stating i can afford to pay R 150.00 a month due to my financial situation. After having to follow up with her i the received a mail stating that my payment arrangement has been accepted and medihelp would contact me soon. four days later i received an email from jenny gibbens stating they do not accept the offer and i will have to pay R 500.00 pm or they will list me on ITC. After explaining to her i cannot afford that instalment and i listed my income and expenditure and asking medihelp to re look at my query i have had no reply from them, they do not reply to my emails medihelps service is pathetic they say one thing then do another i am fed up with medihelp they are unethical as they have double standards.
