Last year it ws requested that I send a copy of my pay slip to MediHelp, & I received an SMS confirming it hd gone through. I received no further correspondence frm them Considering this1 would assume that no changes were to be mad& I also still fall under the same income bracket. Thus, thre is no reason for an increase.
January 14, 2014, I received an SMS stating tht no acceptable proof ws ever received& that my premium would be increased. I phoned on the same day & received a snotty incompetent agent tht probably isn't even qualified enough to pack bags at Pick 'n Pay.
The only "response" they sent ws to my e-mail address which yet another person had wrong.
I have cancelled the debit order (28/01/2014), because I never gave this company the right to take more money. I cannot afford this.
I'll be paying my LAST installment with cash, as I will not allow MediHelp to the extra money In their utter desperation for money, they are from and losing their clients.
I also asked for a cancellation and I'm still awaiting the needed document.
