Medi Clinic Doctor Service is Shocking!!!

I cannot believe that one of the leading hospitals and groups in the country would decide to tarnish their image by employing "medically qualified" persons of extreme importance, but ensure that they cannot speak a correct word of English, have no idea how to work on computers, and have no idea how to decipher X Rays and or do a proper examination on a patient. Yet We as naive patients pay the bills that are issued/give your shareholders huge returns/pay your staffs salaries.
SAT 1st Feb 2014 i entered the ER at Panorama hospital with a suspected broken right Wrist. I waited approximately 30 min which is understandable due to the case not being life threatening. After the 30min the Sister came and ushered me to the bed where the doctor would see me. 10min later the ER Doctor came in. 1. He didnt wash his hands before examination. 2. There was not even an attempt to examine correctly 3. Once i had been for x rays he was not able to operate the computers correctly to examine the X rays 4. while trying to view xrays he was not at all understandable in his wording.

I have now requested my Xrays and the radiologist report to diagnose myself.
