Bad Service

On Monday the 29th of July I took my boyfriend to Dr Kathan's practise in Westridge as he was up all night with chest pains. We sat there for about a hour only to get the doctors attention for about 5 minutes for a quick examination and a letter to go for x-rays. I even had to ask if they were going to give him a certificate. When we returned later that day there was a different doctor. He was at the doctor 4 times this week but they only gave him a certificate for 1 day off! They then gave him results saying he has a TB infection. The doctor said " You should get treatment as soon as possible but I dont know where the nearest TB clinic is". What sort of BULL is that?! How the can a doctor send you for TB treatment but his not even sure where to send you! I am totally disgusted with their service!
