We received a bill for my daughter Arya Padayachee from Jack Persad & partners. CASE ID 1476729 INV no 921557 to say this account has been handed over and we need to now pay R1571.66. Im sorry but we are not going to pay this. Why is discovery not covering this? every month we battle with new bills. we didn't even receive this account. I want this sorted out or else we are going to cancel this medical aid and take it out with someone else. we are paying so much every month towards this medical aid. Discovery must sort this out and cover this amount!!! We are very disappointed with the service and benefits we are receiving! Should this not be rectified, we will cancel our med aid and I will hello-peter Discovery every month!
