MEDIHELP NADIA GEORGE = BAD SERVICE :(

I would like to bring the following to your attention. On 05/06/2013 I applied online for a medical aid with Medihelp. I never received any quotation or documents for signature. I never received my membership card or any form of documentation confirming your subscription. Around mid-June a very rude Medihelp consultant (Nadia George) contacted me by telephone to bring to my attention that my membership is being terminated (to my surprise I didn't even know I was covered). On the morning of 09/10/2013 a letter of Medihelp dated 03/09/2013 was received by me, informing me that they handed me over to Medihelp's lawyers for a service I did not receive and did not give authorisation to. I emailed Medihelp to two different addresses [Email Removed] & [Email Removed] no feedback as yet but Nadia George were quick to follow up if I made payment and did not bother to hear my side of the story (simply saying - if you applied you are liable for the money). I will not be held liable for the fee for a service I never accepted as did not received the necessary documentation from Medihelp. I hope that this report draw the attention of someone capable to assist me.
