The rumours of the short on clerk staff is true

deeply dissapointed in the shortage of clerks you have at this branch. i approached a lady, sumaya or suraya, whom works at this branch, she told me alot of people has complained but nothing has been done to this matter. please do not ignore this, it's very serious. if your own staff members agrees, then who is the patient to argue???
besides her, another staff member has also told me several people have phoned the branch and they've been receiving e-mails of this matter
this is very bad for business. this is not a matter that should be ignored. she said staff members at claremont branch also said there is short on clerks. my friend who visited the claremont branch in this month, spoke to a young man, also a staff member, he wasn't prepared to give his name but he said he works there as a reliever. if one of the clerks is not present, he helps out. the rumours is then true, u definitely short on clerks. this is unacceptable.
