What now!!!

I have been sending mails phoning holding for hours, nobody at call centre seems to sort out my issues, maybe via this site I might be able to get answers, firstly my son was in a bicyle accident I took him to emergency department wheir he received stithes to his fore head, I was told that the hospital was not fully operational after the flood and i must take him home and observe him, I did, he got worse by the day took him back and he was then admitted for two days with possible bleeding on the brain, now i get the accounts to say fedhealth dont pay for this emergency and the doctor that saw him in hospital as far as i know in hospital 100% Dr J Dyssell and Mediclinic emergency room. My wife passed away I havent got money to pay bills as I am on strict budget with my 3 young kids and to keep my medical up to date, lastly I lost one of my front teeth about a year ago, i done the implant of the pin that i got permission for, you guys only paid small amount I must now pay the rest, now i must have a tooth made, but now you are saying comes of my savings and not specialised dentisry, beginning of the year at the end I have nothing left, you can refer me to a place of your choice
