Disappointing!!!

I took the fed-health Medical aid about 7 months ago and up until now I was very happy with it! At inception of Medical aid I was told that I will be able to go to absolutely any hospital or doctor and it was fully covered. I am currently 13 weeks pregnant and informed Fed-health of this 7 weeks ago. I was told that someone will contact me at 12 weeks again confirming my maternity benefits. To date i have not received any contact. I received a sms stating if my specialist is not on the network I will be liable for payment. This is after I started seeing my specialist?? I can not just change my specialist at this point.. I was never informed of this prior to selecting a specialist. NOW i am held liable for payment??? I phoned the customer services last night and spoke to a nice and friendly gentlemen RENALDO who actually had a plan and advised me to call this morning again and someone will help me. I spoke to THOKOZILE this morning and he couldn't be of assistance at all. he just put me on hold whilst i was talking to him... SIES!!! I am disgusted with his service how can he be working in customer services?? I would like someone that can actually help to please contact me!!!
