Pathetic Service from a Dermotologist

I am a young lady that was diagnosed with acne. Visiting Dr Hetesh Pitamber for the treatment of my skin condition I was highly disappointed by the service and treatment received from this doctor. As I had informed the doctor the course of treatment I would like to pursue, I received NO advice from him, answers to my questions were unacceptable and I received no explanation regarding the course, the side effects etc. Furthermore I was spending R450.00 per consultation only, which the doctor did not accept medical aid for as it "works out cheaper for the cutomer to pay cash" sp I was informed-suspicious and inconvenient by the way, for a 5 minute consultation. Eventually I made the decision to stop seeing this doctor for the previously mentioned reasons together with financial constraints. Today I received a call from the doctor himself, regarding a payment of R250.00 which had not gone through from my side. On the phone the doctor went on to inform me that this payment could be made through medical aid, which I thought WASN'T accepted, at a fee of R450.00. R200 extra of what was due? Since when does it work like that? I would NEVER recommended him to anyone nor would I visit again
