SA Getaway Travel Vouchers - No response

In 2012, My husband purchased two promotional vouchers from SA Getaways for R400 each. He was contacted via his cellphone by a sales consultant and we received the vouchers. In August 2013, I scanned and emailed our completed vouchers and paid the booking fee of R80. I did not receive any phone calls or emails in return. I then contacted them myself on the 20 September and the woman took my details and said she would phone me back. I am still waiting for this phone call. Our vouchers expire on the 31 December 2013 and we would have liked to have used them over the past weekends.

At this stage, we have paid R880 to SA Getaways and received nothing in return. What a waste!
