Disgruntled Boncap Membe

As an employee of an organisation, I am compelled to accept this Medical Aid. I can assure you all that this Service Provider would not be my preferred choice. After 3 years membership and R10, 000 in contributions, my three blood tests have been rejected for payment, leaving me with a bill of R558.50. As a receptionist, I can ill afford this payment. A standard cholesterol, mineral and thyroid test should be a basic right for every women ito testing. How am I biologically different to another female member? As a fit and healthy women, I do not require comprehensive cover. Shouldn't Bonitas applaud this? If these rudimentary blood tests cannot be covered by basic Boncap, then its sad to say that this Service Provider is a discredit to all women.
