NO ACTIVITIES ON A SUNDAY/NO REFUND

We booked in for a Saturday and Sunday night. When we got there and had already paid we were informed that the whole lodge just shuts down on a Sunday at 2pm. Therefore there are no activities available including game drives, putt putt, etc. In the end we just left as there was nothing to do. We also spoke to other guests who were staying over the Sunday night and they were also caught out the same way and will also be putting in complaints. On ttop of everything you have to pay a R150 beakage deposit and when they come to check the unit before you leave you are treated like a criminal before you can get your deposit back. When I asked for a refund for the 1 night they just laughed at me. Please be warned!!
