MISCONDUCT AT B & B

I booked from 6-9/10/13 at above B&B via Travelground. I choose the B&B as it advertised a 'heated pool, jacuzzi & sauna. I have had back & knee operations & after driving for 9hrs I knew I would be stiff & the water relieves it. I arrived at 3pm Sunday, was greeted & R700.00 (50% bal) cash taken upfront. There were no en-suites. I was too tired so decided to make the best of my stay. I ask about the pool, and was told 'It is cold", the jacuzzi did not work, .nor the sauna?!! I decided to ask for a refund the following day and move somewhere more acceptable. That night Shirley the owner had a loud, party with music and singing, this went on till 12am! When it stopped, I ask the other guests to be a little more considerate as they were intoxicated and speaking to one another so loud that I could not sleep. Not realizing that the 'other', guests were Shirleys relatives & friends, who then swore at me, assaulted me in my room! I climbed out the window to escape & was dragged down stairs by a man. Then held hostage by Shirley, because I defended myself with mace, & she accusued me of having a mental problem!
This would NEVER have happened if "Shirley" did not party on a Sunday night!!!
