I consulted Dr Zelda Smook on 2nd January 2014. I paid the consultation fee and she requested blood test to be done for that day and the 3rd of January. She promised to give feedback on the 4th January but she never did. I've been phoning for my results which I paid for but she's never available. I'm so disgusted with her bad customer service.
