NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

On the 26th of Dec I booked a cruise online for 3 adults & a child to the Portugese islands in Feb. It was easy enough to book online & for MSC to take my money but to get hold of them after that has been IMPOSSIBLE. Since last week i have tried to call them continously on all of their contact numbers. Some just ring, others arent working & the one is solidly engaged?
This complete lack of customer service gives me little hope for what to expect on the cruise!!! thats if in fact i do recieve tickets & get on the ship... at this rate judging by the service thus far im starting to wonder if i will recieve anything for my money???
