Bad Service, kept been told different things!!!

I have been on the phone with discovery since January, first after my debit order was meant to go off on the 1st of Feb and it was taken off on the 21st Jan when i had no money and my account went into negative which i had to pay bank charges for. after fixing the situation with you you refunded me the amount but I wont get that bank charge back! but then the first came and I phoned and I was told the debit was coming off and it didnt now im not covered so I phoned today and was told to send in an EFT and was told to use my membership number as a reference which was of course wrong so I had to phone again. eventually I payed and sent through proof of payment to [Email Removed] I did what I was told and I never recieved a reference to give you to activate my account. I have just phoned through again and no one seems to be able to help me infact the guy on the other end didnt even bother to answer me when I asked what I must do. I am not covered and this isnt even my fault i did everything i was told to do, it even says on my form I sent in in Dec to take my premium off on the 1st of the month so why hasnt it? I am frustrated and it seems this isnt going to end
