Mi way did not debit my premium for over 2months i got to notice this when i checked my bank statement, then i got shocked as i could not understand what could be the problem as i pay via debit order every month and i only use my money from the 3rd of every month so i knew for sure this could not be right, so i decided to give them a call then i spoke to a lady by the name of nombuso i told her the situation and asked what was the problem with my premium she could not tell me the reason for this so she asked me to stay on the line then she told me that she ackowledges that it was not my fault it was technical error from their side the only way to fix this was for them to debit the premium for october which meant that i was not covered for aug & sept, she then asked me to take my car in for another inspection for me to be covered but whatever she was saying didnt make sense to me as she said its not my fault and my policy was active, she said i need to money in my account they will debit in 4days time i didnt hv a problem with that, then i asked her if i become involved in accident what would happen she cud nt ansa but she will call me in 72 hrs still waiting i was dissappointed
