On the 8th of APRIL this year I went to my dr! Before leaving there I paid my account in full!

About 2 months after that I received a phone call from a man saying I owed lancet some money
Within this phone call I asked him o send me this account! Seeing a I have not received it via post
Or email! I haven't received this email.

End of JULY I phoned lancet asking them to send me this account so I can see for what I
Am paying and still haven't received it!

No on this perfect afternoon I receive an sms saying I have been handed over to the ITC and have been
Provided with a number to call!!!

This is bad service! And still I haven't received an account!!!

Just to add the guy that phoned me had NO manners!
