I called the call center on the 22 March with regards to a claim I submitted, only to be assured by the consultant who assisted that my money should be paid within that day or latest the next day, to date I have not received from payment and ut's 25 March, 4 days later I call again to enquire about the same issue only to be told I was informed wrong and I will only be reimbursed on the 26 March, Tha's if I'm fortunate enough. I then ask the consultant about the 2nd claim I submitted and how far that is, she asks me to hold which I agreed to, I did not expect to hold for more than a minute cause I gave you a ref number, the information should be in front of you if not come back and tell me why it's taking so long don't go have your chats with your biuddies and revert to me when you feel like it. In case you did not know I pay to call you, so I expect you to give me what I ask of you ASAP cause we are not friends to be calling and holding on as if I owe you premiums which I sure as don't
