THREATENING OLD LADY

My mom's doctor send her for bloodtests last year at this pathetic company. Today she received a threatening sms on her phone by an attorney firm because she didnt pay the account. She never received such an account because it was sent to Brits, my mom is staying in Hartbeespoortdam. They did have her cell no, why couldnt they just phone her. She was so embarrased and in tears because of this. She is nearly 75 years old and I think it was totally unnecessary for this company to humilate my mom like this. I want them to send a written apology to her in which they apologise for this rude unmannered behaviour. My mother needs to be treated with dignity, a word that this company cant even spell. Their attitude and service and customer care STINKS.
