It is with total sadness I'm writing this complaint, I have known CE mobility for more than 5years. Being a mum with a disable child is no easy Job and having to always fight makes it even more worse. I bought Wayden's chair last year @ CE mobility i waited weeks for this chair every time a different story I felt like taking my money back and going somewhere and neither to say I paid cash for the chair. When we pick up the chair after complaining I was told that the head rest hasn't arrived it was ordered from the UK, bla-bla-bla-bla as always there is always a story. I will be notified as soon as it arrives it's been over 8weeks and we still waiting for the head rest I paid for. The service @ CE Mobility has become a disgrace, I refer to many people to CE mobility and guess what people can't believe I feel CE mobility is the best in the business. I referred a grand mother and her son much to my surprise she just felt like crying all the promises she received and nothing came to light, she has been making endless calls going to the office but still ended up with nothing.
