21 days and no refund usless people there

Call ref number :834 5899 & 836 3537 firstly i have spent more then R400 airtime trying to talk to managers which there is said to me they cant transfer me i get cut off i have sent through the docs they wanted on the 3 of Jan and to this day i call about three times a week to find out about our refund R1640 -00 5 working days my, and then they tell me another story it will only be in the account end of Jan then we get debt again and still struggling to get our money feels like they leaving it till another debt goes off and going use that as credit i have never in my life spoken to so many people that do not have a clue on what is going on in one company, but all i can say is poor poor management and completely useless customer service a d they also tell me that there were many wrong debt so that is why they are running around... and management do some work and sort out ur staff and help us
