Discharged whilst bleeding

I had a hydrocelectomy on Tuesday, the whole side of the testes was cut contrary to regulatory surgery in such a sensitive area, started bleeding out of the dressing (stitches tore) in the ward and was discharged. The operation and care was substandard and I will be taking legal advice. I cannot walk or drive I am in such pain.
