Greg Blu at Discovery Health's new business Call-Centre has made a hellish experience heavenly! He really went the extra mile, followed up in minutes, personalised my case and escalated it through to the correct areas to finalise a nightmare application caused by my pathology lab depot and the lab insurance head office who messed things up so badly.
