1 card - 3 request - i still wait

All i need is a simple f8cking card - i have been so patient not loosing my cool with the call centre because to be fair they are very helpful when you call them - however, i reqsted a card from them;told to wait a week;, no delivery - called in again; they apologised said they will courier it-gues what nothing - i called again - they apologised; said they will courier it -- guess what still no F*king card --? seriously --? please tell me i need to do to get the card --is it that difficult? --? -- service is not even yet a dream in in this country - 1 of the consultant names was anthony - not sure who the other 2 were
