Always a bad experience

On 20 January 2014, I had to go for a Laparoscopy! Upon admission, the unfriendly staff there was, was in such a conversation, I felt bad disturbing them. A gentleman then asked if he could assist me. I had the option of handing in my phone or keep it at own risk, I chose to keep my phone with me at own risk!
A then had to go for more checks and was then told to wait in a chair till a porter fetched me. Despite my pain, I had to walk while he loudly made an unproffessional conversation with me. Which I find very annoying.
I was then taken (walked) to theatre where I was taken to a room an was told to get undressed. I asked the lady is she was serious and she said "yes". While I got undressed she opened the door, while men was looking in! I approached her about it, and she asked"what if u were pregnant and u had to get undressed" I then had to lay in a theatre holding area which was freezing cold. I spoke to several people and was told they don't have enough bed. I had to walk to a filthy public toilet and had to do it often because I was freezing cold! After questioning one of the managers, suddenly a bed became available. Am I still liable for the full bill? The servive!!!
