Nu Metro
Horrible experience

Myself and my wife went to Nu Metro in Woodlands and the complaints are multiple. The state of the theatre is shocking. It was dirty, chairs were broken and items (baby chairs) from previous show was left there. We waited 20min before a lady came in and said that it should take another "plus minus" 15min cause the technician just arrived. While we were sitting in the theatre we noticed that the majority of the people there were under 16 years old - when the movie was restricted to age 16. A boy behind us even commented how he payed the staff extra so his age would be overlooked when he was asked about his age. We waited a further 20 min at which point a gentleman who was a paying client walked out and came with the news that the file was corrupt. No feedback was given. When we left not a word of apology was given - actually nothing was even said. The staff just had a huge loud conversation behind the till while we got our money back. What a complete and utterly terrible experience! Not impressed!
