INABILITY TO CAPTURE CLAIMS CORRECTLY - GUESS WORK

I was currently on hold now with discovery wanting to place a formal complaint, however I felt as If I was on hold forever! I thus resorted to hellopeter. My husband put a claim through in Jan, the amount paid as compared to what what paid last year was different even though the same amounts were claimed. He is on chronic care. I noted the doctors practice was captured incorrectly even though there is a clear stamp with his practice number in the bottom of the page and on the top of the claim clearly spelt name and surname of the doctor. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that capturing the doctor as an ENT instead of neurologist is two totally different things. The contact center agent said they will work on correcting the payment but I would like discovery to investigate the pathetic data capturing also and deal with it appropriately. My enquiry number is 31649946792. I am very upset. It seems from January vitality points are not awarded, your website is in shambles, items you have marketed throughout 2013 for vitality are yet to be implemented. I expected more from you as I have received good service thus far until now.
