I JOINED BESTMED JUST SHORT OF A YEAR AGO . I ALWAYS PAYED MY MONTHLY FEES VIA EFT AND FOR THE LAST COUPLE OF MNTHS I KEEP ON RECEIVING SMS SAYING THAT MY SERVICES ARE SUSPENDED . EVERYTIME I DID THE EFT THE THE PROOF WAS EMAIL THROUGH IMMEDIATELY. ON THE 4/1/13 I OHONED THEM JUST TO FIND OUT THAT MY PREMIUMS INCREASED BUT NEVER RECEIVED A NOTIFICATION . I THEN PAID THE DIFFERENCE AND FILLED OUT THE DEBIT ORDER FORM: THIS IS THE EMAIL I SENT "Good day
Herewith proof of shortfall of the new premium which I was not aware of and change of banking details. Please be so kind as to forward the proof of payment to the relevant person and could you please get back to me once you have received this email

I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AT ALL AND MY DEBIT DID NOT GO THROUGH EITHER . I CALLED YESTERDAY ASKING THEM FOR CERTIFICATE OF MEMBERSHIP WHICH THEN I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WILL EMAIL IT THROUGH IMMEDIATDE . WHAT THEY MEAN BY IMMEDIATE NO ONE KNOWS MAYBE THEY SHOULD USE A DICTIONARY TO FIND THE MEANING. THIS IS KNOW ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE.
