I have this gym benefit that becuase I went 35instead of 36 times last year due to elbow injury and surgery, they cut my membership, I have asked to have this reinstated, i have sent doctors letters, received many reference numers 3163407643. 3163408798, 3163408794, 3163408800 in the hopes that this will be looked at an leniancy showed towards me. last night i got a call saying they hadnt received my letter!!

I want this sorted out today! I am sick of waiting all my life I was unable to gym, I had an operation and I would like the gym membership reinstated immediately, this is always so frustrating to have to deal with discovery and their lack of service never ceases to amaze me.
