Don't ask me to fix your mistakes

Epic fail Discovery Health! You ask us to pay our doctor up front and submit a claim so that you will pay us back. But instead you you pay the doctor. Alright so mistakes happen, but when I alert you to this fact and ask for the money back right away you say that I need to go to the doctor and ask them to fill out a form and then ask for the money back in order to get it back "quickly" (no time frame supplied by the way) A word of advice when asking someone to fix your mistake. Just don't do it! Then you put me on hold to see what can be done. When you get back on the phone you ask if I'd like to speak to an accounts manager - so, thinking that I might be able to get some joy from one of your managers I agree. Only to be transferred to the doctor's receptionist instead. So now the onus is on me to make yet another phone call and speak to another person to try to get this sorted out. Shocking service.
