In Sept 2012 I changed jobs, and opened a new Health and Group Life policies. I now had Discovery Group Life and Health policy so I cancelled existing Life policy. Without a word of warning or confirmation my Vitality benefit was cancelled by Vitality, along with this my Virgin Active benefit was cancelled (Pre 2010 contract cancelled on 31 Oct 12).

After realizing this benefit was cancelled I attempted to rectify their error by allowing backdated vitality payments and backdating my Vitality benefit to ensure I retain my previously earned points & VA benefit. After 5 months of back and forth emails to their info_vitality email address my benefit was reinstated on the 1st May 13, after being cancelled for 6 months. At the end of May I received an email stating that my Virgin Active benefit was to expire due to insufficient visits.

Effectively they cancelled my gym benefit for 6 months, reinstated it for 1 month and then cancelled due to insufficient visits over a calendar year time frame.

No matter how many emails I send I am unable to physically talk to a consultant to rectify THEIR ERROR. I was also made to purchase new membership cards on 1st May... for 1 month!?
