Hospital claim still not resolved after 3 months

I put through a hospital claim in November for 11 days in hospital due to a kidney infection. To date they have only paid for 3 days. I have phoned a number of times and been told it was a computer error to now needing a motivating letter as to why I was there for so long. I am a paraplegic and suffer from bladder and kidney infections regularly. Since when does a dr keep you in hospital if you don't need to be there? And since when is it limited to 3 days? A total of R4500 is still outstanding and every day I get told a different story... I have had the policy for nearly 10 years and always a story when they have to pay out!!!
