St Augustines Hygiene down the drain

My wife in St Augustine hospital since last week, I visit the kitchen and find the bread toaster not dirty greasy juggy I wish I can get a health inspector out there they serve her food with mildew and the shower the dirt grow on the walls it is such a shame to see the ones respected Netcare hospital is busy sliding down the drain. For the smallest problems in restaurants the inspectors thread to close it down, should we just accept this kind of juggy hygiene in hospitals? seems no inspections been held their!!! I still think off reporting this to newspapers for whatever its worth.
