Oustanding accounts from 2012

Ecomed Medical cc provided services for my twins with equipment rental when my twins were discharged from hospital. They needed oxygen bottles and a concentrater for which we did receive an approval.
When the company submitted their accounts for payments, they were given the run around from pillar to post refusing to pay certain amounts. There are amounts still oustanding for this company. I'm am now liable for these long oustanding amounts because the people at Bontas dont know what they are doing!!! They should employ proffessional people so that these things can be sorted IMMEDIATELY!!! What does one have to do to get this sorted out. I am paying my medical aid every month without fail yet you are subjected to this kind of service.
