ITC LISTED DUE TO ACCOUNT MISMANAGEMENT BY LANCET

Since August 2012 I have owed Lancet Labs a lot of money due to an exhausted Medical Aid.

I immediately phoned Lancet when the first bills started arriving to put a payment plan in place. They assured me that they would consolidate all the separate accounts into one account. Since then I have religiously paid the agreed amount.

I have now been handed over to ITC as well as attorneys for lack of payment.

I have so far deduced that the payments I was making were allocated to a certain account which is currently in excessive credit while the other accounts are still in debt. I brought this to their attention 3 months after many emails and phone calls.

I was eventually referred to Ms Kim Augustus who was very understanding and promised to sort this out asap. However, the end result was that they say that the Medical Aid over paid. This is not the case as the overpaid amounts were my cash payments. I have tried to contact Ms Augustus with no success to ensure that the Medical Aid is not refunded and the credit amounts be re-allocated to the other accounts.

Every time I phone I am referred to a new person who has no knowledge of my situation and no solution has been reached.
