Most refreshing!

Needless to say that I'd had a query running for some time and my emails and calls were hitting dead ends. But, a week later I had the pleasure of coming through to Baghtiaar.

He was friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and displayed a keen interest to assist. Not only was his telephone etiquette above par but he was willing to do the run around to different parties to get my query resolved, and he did!
