In January 2013 my 2 month old daughter was rushed to a Network Hospital's casualty unit in Cape Town CDB, my discovery health plan has a casualty benefit, whilst waiting on my daughter's paediatrician i call discovery to ensure that everything is in order and I was explained by the contact centre agent that the paediatrician's bill will be covered as it is part of the casualty benefit _4 weeks later I receive an invoice from the paediatrician stating that i owe R722.70, i then called the discovery health line I was advised that it was an error the paediatrician should've been paid from the casualty benefit, and that it'll be resolved within 30 days, a month later a receive another bill I call discovery again and this time I'm told it'll be resolved within 3 working days and guess what ...? I RECEIVE ANOTHER BILL .. I am very disappointed in the poor service somebody please tell me when will this bill be settled... and to add to that I've spent a small fortune on calls to Discovery in the hopes of resolving this query -you guys have seriously wasted my time and money i am not impressed at all .. what is the delay... RESOLVE MY QUERY IMMEDIATELY...
