Lack of feedback/response to new members

I've been trying to join Bonita's over a week now without any luck.

Emails are not answered, closed without any resolution. If you call them you are told that they have had various other complaints about their Marketing department not getting back to people.

When you eventually do get through to Marketing, they just want to take down your name & number and a broker will call back. Still waiting.

If this is how they treat new potential clients, then maybe it is better to stay away from them all together.
