Infant Incorrect Diagnosis

This seriously pains me to complain over bad service and incorrect diagnosis of my 7 Month infant.
On Sunday 27th October around 2am in the morning myself and my wife rushed our baby to Wilgeheuwel Life. My child was running a extremely high temperature and had severe Diarrhea.
At arrival as you can imagine should be a painless procedure, however only my wife was allowed to enter the casualty area to see the doctor, or so called in competent Doctor.

I was chased out by the nursing staff like a petty criminal, secondly the staff at the front desk insisted that I present them with an I'd document despite the fact that I was a cash customer.

No one would assist me unless I had those documents, so obviously please explain to me how in the world is it so impossible to get service without an I'd book, having to rush home to collect even if I had paid cash?

After going through this whole painful process the Doctor on duty misdiagnosed my 7 month child. Sent us home with a nose spray. Not only did my child get worse during the evening his temperature reached a temperature of between 39 - 41 degrees.
