Extremely Disgusted

I am completely DISGUSTED in SOMERSET HOSPITAL situated close to the V&A waterfront in Cape Town. POOR service I've come across be it a Government Hospital? to mention their poor 'security staff' among the rest of the staff.
It is DIRTY, SMELLY, UNHYGIENIC, SLOW & have that JUST DON'T CARE attitude! The board of that hospital seriously needs to re think who they employ, nurses are to be extremely neat, punctual and take care of the patient and at Somerset Hospital this is not the case AT ALL!
When my friend was at S.H last year for an operation, well it never happened they kept sending her home and the problem lingered. She was rushed to this same hospital last week and had to undergo surgery immediately, a day or 2 later, wound got infected internally, how the does this happen when its still covered with plaster from the hospital? Back to hospital hadn't been seen to in hour's and her family took her to medi clinic in gardens. The cause septicaemia, Doctors at mediclinic examined and concluded it was due to surgical instruments not having been cleaned properly.
Now this does NOT mean that people who do NOT have money for PRIVATE SECTOR should be treated this way! Incompetent!
