Pathetic Response after completed Survey

I did the survey honestly stating tht I ws nt happy with the way in which the dr did the follow up exam 4 my baby examined my baby. Yest Graeme who's in charge of casualty calls my husband he informs my husband "Casualty is nt the best place 2 bring a baby, we should take her 2 a GP", at 12 at night wht GP does he knw tht is open? Y did they nt inform us whn we checked in at sunnighill hspital tht casualty is nt for babies no 1 informed me of this. & thn this Graeme has the audacity to laugh on the phone. I'm disgusted by his behaviour & absolute rudeness. I thought abt calling him 2day as he had spoken 2 my husband. But I realise a man tht laughs abt the health & well-being of my child is nt some1 tht actually deserves my time I pay a lot 4 the services u provide & I expect the vry best treatment & service. I will never again bring my child to your casualty & I will advise every parent nt 2 as well, because according to Graeme casualty is nt a gwd place for children. I don't require any feedback 2 my complaint & I don't wish 4 Graeme 2 call me to speak 2 me bcos I don't wish 2 spk 2 some1 who has no respect & laughs abt the situation.
