Empty promises, all

After conferming our self catering unit with the co-owner jeaques myburg we were booked in to rooms, where I had to do my dishes in the bath tub! the bedding wasn't washed withinn 12 days we stayed there, there are no laundry service, nor secure parking! When we asked to use the stofe for salads and so on on the 4th day the room service manager only gave us feedback after telling her the story! Up untill now no one appologized to us about the kitchenette that was promised by jeacques before we paid the deposit that was R5420! I am expecting feedback
